I have reseller hosting with Rad Web Hosting (RWH). Very recently they did not respond for 5 days when my sites, and my clients' sites were down. There was no acknowledgement of the issue beyond saying it didn't exist. The issue is still intermittent, and I began taking screen shots to keep a log.
